Palatines to America National Membership Meeting

The next Annual Membership Meeting for Palatines to America will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, starting at 1:00 pm EDT. In past years, the meeting was held in person or as part of a PalAm National Conference or IGGP Conference. In 2023, we tried to make participation in the meeting available to as many members of the Society as possible. However, because the cost of audio/visual transmissions has risen so much in recent years, the Governing Board has decided to reduce cost by holding the Annual Membership Meeting separate from other conferences. To make participation in the meeting available to as many members as possible, the 2024 Annual Membership Meeting will be held virtually. A Zoom link will be provided to the membership so many members can take part in the business and awards sessions during the meeting. As required by PalAm’s Bylaws, the membership will be informed of the business (such as election of officers and budget) prior to the meeting.

Three important issues will be acted on at the June 1, 2024, Annual Membership Meeting:

1.Approve Budget for 2024-2025 (proposed budget will be sent to all members after the end of the current fiscal year, March 31)
2.Election of Officers
3.Honors and Awards
