FEES do not include meals or transportation costs. Early bird registrations
Before June 30: Members Double room $360 each – Single room $675
Non-members fees are $410 double and $725 single
FEES after July 1: Members Double room $410 each – Single room $725
Non-members fees are $460 double and $775 single
Refunds in full until September 1, with written request, $25 service fee withheld later
Reservations with a $100 deposit per person due June 30, balance due August 31
Group size is limited to provide everyone personal attention
Hotel block of rooms is limited in number – do not delay sending deposit for a room
